Revitalization of Steeple Square will:
· Restore a sense of community identity to one of the most vulnerable and diverse neighborhoods in Dubuque.
· Enable the campus to reclaim its role as a nucleus of activity and epicenter of downtown connection.
· Provide programming to benefit residents of the immediate surrounding Washington Neighborhood while attracting members of the Dubuque community at large.
